Cardio time for Women

If you’re stuck at home or simply getting bored at the gym here are three exercises you can do to get your cardio up. You can either blend them together to really get your heart rate going or you can use each exercise as an interval for your strength training. Try to do each exercise for a period of 1 minute.

Happy Fit Me recommends 3 sets of 1 minute per exercise if you want a quick fix.
