Try this fun workout for the legs and outer thighs. You can do each exercise for 10-15 times per side. Your legs will really get fired up if you can do three sets. If you want to make the routine a little longer then try an active rest between exercises by skipping for 1 minute. Make sure you do a warm-up and a good cool down following your workout.
