Upper Body Workout- Having a good time!

This workout takes basic strength exercises and gives them a little twist. It makes it fun and easy to do at home. Try each exercise for 10-15 reps or for 1 minute each. Work your way up to 3 sets. This is a great little workout that you can do 3-4 times per week. Remember to warm-up and cool down. Have a Happy Day!
