Combine Step ups and burpees into a quick workout challenge by starting with 10 burpees on the first set and decreasing each set by one till you get to one repetition. Do stepups in between each set for 30 seconds to give yourself an active rest. If you really want to challenge yourself, try to get in at least 25 step ups for each set of burpees.
