Just a little thought about the Game- On diet so far. If you are feeling dizzy or headache-y you may want to look at a couple things. It could be due to less sugar in your diet (which is a good thing) or less caffeine ( also a good thing). But pay attention to your portion amounts. You may be sticking really close to the rules but you might be having too small of portions. I am not giving anyone a reason to cheat, but just keep in mind that you still want to make sure you’re getting enough calories in your body to keep your body from going into starvation mode.
