Workout on your stairs

Who says running up and down the stairs is monotonous? Not Happy Fit Me! Here are a few exercises that you can do on your stairs to make it fun and longer lasting.Try each exercise 1 minute each for 3-4 sets. Add in a couple running sprints up and down and you can workout on your stairs easily for 15 minutes straight without boredom. Have a Happy Day!
